Commissioners to Participate in Public Meeting

Union County Incident Management Team (IMT) will be holding a public meeting on Wednesday, April 15 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the local response of COVID-19. Due to physical distancing requirements, the meeting will be virtual and live-streamed on the NE Oregon Joint Information Center Facebook page.

Participants of the meeting will include the Union County IMT, Union County Board of Commissioners, Grande Ronde Hospital, Center for Human Development – Union County Public Health, local EMS, local law enforcement, Eastern Oregon University and local cities. These entities will be participating in the meeting from various remote locations.

The public is invited to submit COVID-19 related questions for meeting participants by email to neoregonjic@gmail.com. The questions will be distributed to the appropriate agency or individual best suited to answer and will be discussed during the livestream as time allows.
