Union County Commissioner Position 2

Commissioner Matt Scarfo has lived in Union County since 1995. He resides in La Grande with his wife and son. He has been the owner/operator of two local small businesses for over 14 years. He is also the creator/owner of a multi-functional event space located in downtown La Grande. He has expertise in customer service, budgeting, strategic planning, management and leadership. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Matt graduated from a private Catholic High School; Brophy College Preparatory. He then earned a BA in Business/Economics with a specialization in Marketing from Eastern Oregon University.
