NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF BALLOT TITLE
Notice is hereby given that a ballot title for a measure has been filed with the County Clerk of Union County. The petition meets the procedural Constitutional requirements.
The ballot caption is: “Union School District General Bond Authorization for Upgrading Facilities”.
A full copy of the ballot title may be obtained at the County Clerk’s Office. An elector may file petition for review of the ballot title in the Union County Circuit Court no later than 5:00 pm September 4, 2019.
