The Union County Board of Commissioners meeting in regular session on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 will consider at 9:30 a.m. Ordinance 2022-03, IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING THE UNION COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN, MAP/TEXT AND BASALT AGGREGATE INVENTORY AND APPLYING A SURFACE MINING ZONE TO A 40 ACRE SIGNIFICANT AGGREGRATE SITE.
