B2H Preliminary Application to Oregon Energy Facility Siting Council (2013)

1. Information can be obtained about the B2H Project from the following sources:
   • Federal Review Process – National Environmental Protection Agency, Environmental Impact Statement (NEPA, EIS)
   • State of Oregon Review Process – Energy Facility Siting Council, Site Certificate (EFSC)
   • Union County Planning Director, Scott Hartell, shartell@union-county.org

1. Comments about the B2H Project can be made by downloading the
   PUBLIC COMMENT FORM; and
   • Print the completed form and mail to:
     Union County Planning Department
     1001 4th St. Suite C
     La Grande, OR 97850; or
   • Print the completed form and bring to a B2H Advisory Committee Meeting; or
   • Email the completed and saved form to the Union County Planning Director, Scott Hartell, shartell@union-county.org
