Federal 49 USC Section 5310 – Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities

Union County announces an opportunity for eligible transit agencies to apply for Federal Transit Assistance under 49 U.S.C. Section 5310, Formula Grants for the Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program. A total of $179,384 has been allocated by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for projects located in Union County. Projects must be derived from the Union County Coordinated Transportation Plan adopted. Applicants are required to contribute a local cash match of 10.27% of requested
funds.

Applications for funding must be submitted to the Union County no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 13, 2023. Successful applications will be funded for the 2023-2025
biennium.
