NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Planning Commission, meeting in Special session, Monday, June 6th, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., Daniel Chaplin Building Conference Room located at 1001 4th Street, La Grande, will consider a Conditional Use application submitted by Tri-County Equipment, Mike Haywood, agent, to establish a John Deere Equipment dealership in existing buildings on property located in the Baum Industrial Park, at 62460 Commerce Road and described as Twp. 2S, Range 38 EWM, Section 35A, Tax Lot 500, about 10.0 acres, in an I-2 Heavy Industrial Zone. The applicable land use regulations are found in Section 13.03.14, 21.06.2 & 20.10 of the Union County Zoning, Partition and Subdivision Ordinance.

The applicable land use regulations are found in Section 12.02, 16.06 & 20.10 of the Union County Zoning, Partition and Subdivision Ordinance and the LaGrande/Union County Airport Light Industrial Park Development, Performance and Maintenance Standards.
