NOTICE OF COMMENT PERIOD

TITLE III Projects (PL 112-141)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Union County Board of Commissioners are considering the following projects for funding under Title III of P.L. 112-141:

•  Union County Search and Rescue – UCSAR Mission Response Reimbursement ($24,000) Category 2 Search, Rescue and other Emergency Services
• Union County Emergency Services – Phillips Creek Fire Response ($11,000) Category 2 Search, Rescue and other Emergency Services
• Union County Emergency Services – Wildfire Response ($86,000) Category 2 Search, Rescue and other Emergency Services

As required by P.L. 112-141, the County will be accepting comments on the proposals until April 25, 2016. The project applications are available for review by contacting the Union County Commissioners Office, 1106 K Avenue, La Grande, (541) 963-1001.
