Tourism Properties Affected by Recent Flooding

Union County is continuing to collect information and data through inventory assessments of properties damaged due to the recent flooding which occurred during the week of February 3, 2020.  Additionally, in cooperation with the Union County Chamber of Commerce, any tourism related properties that sustained damages located within the county may be eligible for potential support.  This would include businesses and public venues not only impacted by physical damage to the property but can also include the potential for loss of attendance at upcoming events due to flood damages.

Information can be reported through the online form and should include the issues you are addressing as a result of the flooding. This data will be included in regional inventory reports submitted by the Chamber and/or the county to document the financial impacts and resource needs of our communities.

The form may be returned by submitting online to em@union-county.org, delivering to 1106 K Avenue, La Grande or by faxing the completed form to (541) 963-1079.  You may be contacted for follow up information if needed.  For additional questions please contact Union County Emergency Services at (541) 963-1009.  For tourism related questions, you may contact the Union County Chamber of Commerce at (541) 963-8588.
